By using the Maclig platform, you agree to these terms of service. The platform provides sports facility search and online booking services. You must be over 18 years old to use our services.
2. Account and Security
You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for the security of your account. You should not share your password with anyone and should notify us immediately if you notice suspicious activity on your account.
3. Booking and Payment
Bookings are confirmed after payment is completed. The cancellation policy is determined by facility owners and can be viewed before booking. Payment transactions are processed through a secure payment infrastructure.
4. Cancellation and Refund
The free cancellation period varies according to the facility's cancellation policy. Cancellations made within the period are refunded. Cancellations outside the period may not be refunded.
5. Disclaimer
Maclig does not guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of facilities. The platform only provides intermediary services. Facility owners are responsible for any issues that may occur at the facilities.
